Returns Policy

Return of Items

Please see below:

  • We accept items returned if unopened and in their original condition
  • We accept the return of items only if they are unopened and in their original condition.
  • To return an item to us you must telephone us within 7 days of their delivery to inform us of your intention to do so.
  • If you return goods, as detailed, within 21 days of delivery to you, we will issue a refund to you for the price you paid for the item less the cost of transporting the goods to you and less any other charges we have incurred in fulfilling your order.
  • Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

Faulty or damaged items

Items damaged in transit can be returned provided you have signed for the consignment as damaged or unchecked and notify us within 24 hours of receipt. Faulty items can be returned at any time during its warranty period. Please ensure items are suitably packed and ready for collection. Items delivered on a pallet will need to be palletized when collected. Return packaging is the responsibility of the customer.

PLEASE NOTE: Certain items will incur a minimum of 20% handling fee upon their return. Please contact us on 01473 786617 before purchasing to confirm if this will apply to your order.

Defective Items

You can always return items to us if they are defective. Please note that we only accept returns of items that have been opened if they are defective. In the case of a defective product, when returning an item please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item to us in its original packaging together with all warranty documents, manuals and accessories. For your protection we would recommend that you use a Recorded Delivery Service. Our Returns Policy does not affect your Statutory Rights.

Cancelling an Item

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations you have the right to cancel the Contract for the purchase of any item within 7 working days of delivery. This applies to all of our products. To cancel the Contract please package the relevant item securely and mark the package "Contract Cancellation" and send it to us so that we receive it within 7 working days of the date that the item was delivered to you.
