1. Payment required in full at time of booking.
2. Cancellation within 7 days of a trip will not be refundable.
3. Cancellation before that time will be refunded (minus a 20% handling charge per ticket).
4. Your seat will be allocated at time of booking.
5. Your car may be left at Bourne Garden Centre at owners risk in a designated car park at the rear of the garden centre. Please do not park in the main car park.
6. No under 18's unless accompanied by an adult.
7. No alcohol to be consumed on the coach.
8. Departure times from pick up points are advised by your coach driver.

Delivery

At Bourne Garden Centre Ltd. we endeavour to ensure that your products arrive to you efficiently and in superb condition. It is important to us that you are satisfied with Bourne Garden Centre Ltd. and our after-sales care. Please read below for more details on our delivery service. Should delivery occur while you are out please leave instructions where the goods are to be left, this information can be entered at order stage in the additional information box i.e. leave by shed, leave next door.

Please be aware orders after 3pm might not be processed until the next day.

The Time

We will advise customers whenever a delivery is delayed for any reason, you will be able to cancel your order if the new delivery date is not acceptable, and be offered a refund. Depending on the product you have ordered Bourne Garden Centre Ltd. will send them with a carrier most suited to that product..

Availability

Bourne Garden Centre Ltd. strive to minimise the risk of out of stock items but if for any reason an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you immediately with proposed date of delivery.

Payment

Currently Bourne Garden Centre Ltd. accepts most major credit and debit cards - Visa, MasterCard, Switch and Delta - which are credited/debited at point of purchase or cheques by post. Bank transfers are also possible, please contact us for our bank details.

Faulty or damaged items

Items damaged in transit can be returned provided you have signed for the consignment as damaged or unchecked and notify us within 24 hours of receipt . Faulty items can be returned at any time during its warranty period. Please ensure items are suitably packed and ready for collection. Items delivered on a pallet will need to be palletized when collected. Return packaging is the responsibility of the customer.

Warranties

All products come with manufacturers warranty of between 1 and 5 years. In the unlikely event that your purchase develops a fault within the warranty period, Bourne Garden Centre Limited will refer you to your local dealership where the product will be examined by their qualified technicians and repaired as per the warranty details . This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Bourne Garden Centre Limited will not be liable for any additional costs incurred whilst goods are away for warranty repairs - this includes rental or hire charges for equipment from a third party.
